Thought that the 'point' was WHAT causes are most to blame for the massively over-expensive American health care system?????? Thus, I turned to the meta-studies that looked into the factor you claimed was responsible (which show it to be a fairly small contributor to the increases in our health costs), then I turned to several of the most likely OTHER ACTORS that impact the costs. (It's always preferable to let the EVIDENCE lead you to conclusions... and not the other way around, going in with preconceptions that can't be justified with evidence....)
