Funny you should this. I bought shares on Thursday. Under $11, 40 cent dividend (3.7% yield), earnings growth. The option situation is now resolved (last night). Does not affect future operations, except that there will be a non-recurring charge in the 4th quarter 2006/first quarter 2007 for the cost of the option review & the restatement of financial statements. I have no idea how much this costs. I'll just sit on the shares for at least another year.
