My understanding differs from yours on this issue, C2. I recall the jury finding no infringement, in addition to patent validity. Non-infringement would have been based upon their conclusion that the methodology employed to accomplish video compression was different from that specifically patented by Qualcomm, resulting in a determination of non-intersection.
