This is a short term question:

I see the ask sitting at 41 but the bid keeps oscillating between 40 3/8 and 40 3/4. Could this be MMs trying to pull the stock down again?
Today would probably be a good day to try this because the stock is very thinly traded.

Any thoughts are welcomed.
