I found out why -- when Tamerlane first announced they were buying the property, they themselves labelled it a lead/zinc mine, e.g. TAMERLANE ACQUIRES 100% INTEREST IN PINE POINT LEAD-ZINC PROPERTY from tamerlaneventures.com. However, now they are calling a zinc/lead mine, as you say.

I agree, Pine Point is a very intriguing prospect, perhaps large enough to be taken over.

However, there is one thing that worries me.

My notes from the middle of last year say:
"FBS underway for fall completion; waiting for permits, then in late 2006 start construction @ R-190 of 2800 tpd test mine to extract large bulk sample to produce 1st concentrates late 2007."

So they seem to have fallen quite a bit behind the original schedule in not too many months. Can you shed some light on that? TIA
