The overall market is probably going to be crashing for a while as it pukes up all the bad loans of the past couple of years. Bad loans are estimated at $300 billion. About 2/3 or that will be recovered from repossessions, leaving $100 billion. That's out of the $10 trillion housing market. [Business Week]
