The New York Times "espouse the socialist principles that failed in every country that has implemented them. You may believe that socialism was a great success in USSR, China and"

My examples were not China or the USSR, rather Norway, Sweden and Finland. And while I'm at it Canada too. They are hardly socialist failures. No where in those countries will you find the kind of destitution and third world conditions like you can in America. University education for all seems to work. As does universal health care. Only in America, the richest country in the world, do you need to hold a fund raiser to pay for a daughter or son's medical expenses....

"When President Bush invited Pinch down for a chat and asked him not to publish a guide for terrorists on how to avoid detection of their financial transactions, his actions stated that bringing down America trumped public interest."

I'll go with Pinch any day before taking Bush's failing advise.
