Masood Tayebi was the founder of the company and he has been pretty much inactive in WFI since he invested big in a local bio tech firm. He may be actually good riddance and now company can reorganize a little quicker. Masood established many int'l operations and he may have been emotionally attached with them to let them go.

LCCI, their main competitor went through the same scenario and now seem to be on their way to profitability and revenue growth.

With so many companies involved with backdating, SEC really has a dilemma on their hands. They can not hand out severe punishments to those companies without disrupting the markets big time. So I think everyone will get off easily.

To me, recent buy in WFII is speculative and proportionate reward appears much higher than risk. But as always, please do you own DD. All I am expecting out of this investment is for it to pay for our dream vacation to Latin America. In worst case scenario, our dream does not come true!

G'luck,

Jatin
