Various parts of Disney world appeal to different ages, from 4 to around 16-18. I expect she will like about half or more of the rides or attractions.

There are some tricks for visting Disney World, you may want to get one or two of the guide books, like the "unofficial guide" etc., or check articles on the web.

Some of the attractions have a lot of appeal for someone 11 years old, others would be seen as boring.

You can't seem them all in one day, or even 3 days, so pick what sounds good out of the guidebooks.

Some rides and attractions fill up quickly, and it is much better to do those early in the morning. You can also arrange your walking to reduce distance, and be near the food areas at lunch time, etc.
