06:06 NOK Nokia files claims against Qualcomm in Europe - Reuters (21.85 ) Reuters reports Nokia (NOK) said on Monday it had filed complaints against Qualcomm (QCOM) patents in Germany and the Netherlands. Nokia said it wanted authorities to rule that Qualcomm's European patents are exhausted in respect of products placed on the European Union market with a Qualcomm license, in this instance chipsets supplied by Texas Instruments (TXN). And, separately- Deutsche Bank raises their Qualcomm (QCOM 43.68) tgt to $55 from $50, as they view the summary judgments invalidating two of NOK's defenses and the settlement of several outstanding lawsuits with BRCM as positive catalysts for shares.
