I dont know how I missed this...it was issued on February 20th and was put on the website on March 8th. Qualcomm was granted summary determination on Nokia's 12th and 13th affirmative defenses (Unclean hands and Patent misuse respectively). edisweb.usitc.gov The Nokia petition for review is confidential but here is Qualcomm's opposition to the petition. edisweb.usitc.gov Slacker
