Ref: NOK "exhaustion suit"

What a limp "to little to late respose". These guys have been saying for months that they just intended to violate the QCOM patents after their license expires. Now , at the last minute they come up with this limp theory. What a bunch of jokers.

What the world deserves is to be free from the NOK grip on the throats of Euronut operators and Euronut citizens. Perhaps the new QCOM/LG "3G for all" phone is a plus for all in Euronut land. It sure as hell is not anti-competative to supply the world with an economical high performance phone.

QCOM has put the lie to all of NOK's BS propaganda (most of which has been calculated to have Euro populist appeal).
