em, Re "Did anyone catch the NOK CFO on CNBC this morning," Caught part of it. Also felt it interesting that CNBS scheduled his spot on the same day NOK filed in Euro. He trotted out the same lies- their orig QCOM license in early 90's- lots changed since then / NOK has more IPR in this area , etc, etc. Again, falied to mention>>> + New lic extension was signed in 2001 (not early 90's) + 1n 2001 WCDMA std was developed and all knew the Q's strong WCDMA IPR , and signed current licenses based on that. + Since 2001, the Q has significantly enhanced WCDMA with HDR tech -- HSDPA/ HSUPA, etc etc.
