Jim, if NOK claims Q pat. exhausted, why wouldn't that make NOK GSM pat. exhausted - their patents are older, aren't they?

And if Germany decides Q patents don't hold up - what will be the result with regard to other tech. companies doing business in Germany? How about German products in this country?

I simply can not see government bodies siding with NOK at the expense (potential) of other tech companies all over the world. I can't believe NOK has so many fans. They have hurt the communications industry in Europe. I believe that has to be a feeling creeping into the industry view.
