The market has settled on the fact that these legal proceedings will last for years. We can get used to the periodic BS like today. QCOM's biggest concern is to preserve its growth and revenue for this duration. So their biggest priority is to focus on the trails where their revenue is threatened immediately. I'm getting so I really do want to see Nokia go into a court and tell a judge that since Nokia decided for itself that QCOM's IPR is overvalued that is is okay to steal it. Treble the damages.
