one avg. with nervousness like this if you can get cheap puts every month and buy them. then you have insurance and some months you lose it but it's made up for by the months you win. I call it an insurance fund and I keep it separate. My insurance fund lately with all the tanking going on has made big profits, but , I don't pay allot for the puts or don't buy them and I buy insurance when I have big announcements going on. set aside a small amt. for insurance and then start bbuying it when big announcements are due.
