No....the stakes are too high to pull out....this is a process taking place in a country where there are no democratic tradiions....if there were no combat troops...the process would not go forward....within the next year...if we do not see progress on the political front....it might be time to talk about a pullout...but the Admin has already set soem benchmarks and the pressure is on the Iraqis to perform at this point.
