Hi slacker711 Does "will still be licensed" mean no royalties owed for using the "early patents" in handsets past April 2007? I hope this is not the case. There was an earlier post on "paid-up" license. My optimistic view is that the earlier patents do not require to be relicensed (no extra licensing fees, since the agreement for earlier patents does not expire in April), however Nokia still owes QCOM royalties for handsets that incorporate these earlier patents. Perhaps this my bias showing. :-)
