The planet is getting warmer. Given. Humans are a contributing factor. Given. How far back are our scientists going to prove their points on this. Is there any merit in talking about 125000 years as a measuring stick ? A mere twinkling in the time frame of life on earth let alone geologic time ? Both sides of the debate seem quite myopic on this point... A rather small sample set methinks.. How hot was earth 200 million years ago ? Is there really any genuineness to the leaders that embrace GW.. as in Al Gore and his energy credit hypocrisy or in Canada, Dr. David Suzuki's hypocrisy on flying when a video conference would do ? There are quite simply too many people and talking about carbon neutral and reduction in burning fossil fuels etc are all bandaid solutions.. The lifestyles of the developed world need to be changed so radically and those masses in the rest of the world that hanker for that lifestyle must realise they need to forego any thoughts thereof... That is the the true problem. How warm was earth during the Carboniferous period ? How much CO2 was atmospheric ? Good questions. Anyone check that out ? Time to Crash out again .. Ida is waiting Roy High Sierra (the movie... not the club :O)
