OCGT is running right now (100,000 shares 11:53am). News must be very imminent. This mornings chat with my broker yielded the idea that the nature of this news could be something other than a marketing deal; rather something that would take OCGT from a $800,000 revenue company to a much more substantial company, leading to a move off Nasdaq Small Cap onto the National Market. Hence more liquidity, etc. In short a real company. $3 target in September is not an outrageous target though with possible profit-taking along the way.
