Ken & All What does this mean? "The date of record was 9/29/97. It seems all we are waiting for now is the stock holders meeting 10/30/97 and then the open of newco." What happens to stock purchased after 9/29? I have a settlement date of 10/2 Sorry if this is a dumb question Eric
