(WAVX) on Tuesday registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell from time to time up to $25 million in Class A common stock, preferred stock, warrants and units. The Lee, Mass., software use management and encryption company said it will use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. No underwriters were listed in the SEC filing.
