Maurice, I like your way of thinking. And if it wasn't for the EU and the possibility of starting WW111 it would be a good idea. There is no reason that Q should compromise from their standard rates. However, another (separate) agreement calling for some royalty from Q for Nok's patents may net out to be a 1-2% discount from Q's standard rate. A win win for all parties and would not jeopardize any other MFL agreements.
