Sol, as far as I can tell, Impath has bought the rights for the cancer/hematology side(i.e. certain assets of Gencare) while BRLI will continue to realize profits from the obstetric/urological/gynecological/gastroentrology side. I don't know if they have to pay Impath anything for the GenCare name though. Tobin
