We could do it tomorrow. Take out the age restriction for Medicare which would then cover everyone. Ban private insurance companies which are increasingly health care denial companies. Healthcare will be about 20% of GDP in a few years. It's already 16%. Baby boomers will need more especially if Alzheimers expands. Most people are one accident or disease away from utter financial ruin. It's ridiculous. The USA health care system is ridiculous. Ask your representative to push the single payer system TOMORROW.
