The topic does however lead me to question the legitimacy of requiring investors to meet certain criteria on investments and their choices. IMO, if one puts up the cash then they should have the right to buy. Period. Presumably there is rationale to the requirement.

If "anyone" can buy OTC crap stocks (and even on the counter and under the counter ones <gg>) then why not PP dice rolls too?

They don't hesitate to make unsecured, interest only loans to the great unwashed but with PPs they suddenly become sanctimonious? Sounds like "The Club" only approach.

I think the unaccredited should have the God Given right to lose money on PP's like the rest of us.
