Hi Greg,
I have just finished to read an interesting article about Transat in Les Affaires, a Quebec weekly business newspaper. Louis Wermenlinger, an analyst who follows the stock for Desjardins Securities, says the last earnings were right on target. According to him however, next results will be stronger. His figures for fiscal 1997 are $0,80 and $1,06 for 1998, with a target price of $12,75. He says that ''negociations are in the picture right now with a major british travel company''. ''If the deal is closed, does he add, TRZ will profit from synergies that will develop afterwards. We will then revise our projections, with a target between $15 and $20''.
Hope this will enlighten you guys.
Best regards,
Marc |
