Did you see this one on houses being auctioned for next to nothing in Detroit.. If anything remotely similar like this spreads across the country we will have a depression..

I live there. It's bad.

I expect RE nationwide to be just like it is here. RE was in large part responsible for the growth in the economy for the last five years. That's going away, and it will leave a deep void.
