The Intelligence Identities Protection Act makes it a federal crime to intentionally reveal the identity of an agent whom one knows to be covert. Are you suggesting that an administration that promised to fire whoever was involved with leaking Plame's name - now is off the hook because of some technicality? The longer this story goes on the worse the Republicans look in my eye. I'm of the mind that if you promise the American people you will do something YOU DO IT!!
