yes clearly the rat reads, but does not comprehend how stupid the information presented is. water vapor creates air that is less dense. Less dense air rises. The air rises and cools. The water vapor becomes ice crystals that reflect solar energy of all colors. That energy never reaches or heats the third planet from the Sun. What is stupid is how the term "one will inevitably claim that water vapour is being unjustly neglected" is thrown out. Water vapor is a term that describes H20 and all of it's effects. Such idiotic selective arguments to discredit the informed true Scientists reveal the fools, the liars and the ignorant sheep who bleat in submission.
