The street disclosed the KKR deal and possible Sunw options arbitraging on $7.21 striking price of about 100 million shares conversion. Watch for options market makers taking action as it nears striking price? This complicates market making of Sunw, because of dilution and options market makers in chicago taking action. Then there is earnings surprise this quarter.
