Does it? He claims to have had nothing to do with it. If I had to guess, I'd bet that it was a Republican operative trying to discredit Hillary. The Republican party fears Hillary getting elected. However, they do not think Obama is quite as electable as Hillary. So putting out a video like that and making it look like it was Obama would fit right into this Republican party's modus operandi.
