Mqurice, management have made prior statements that they were working on circumventing the subject patent, and their method would in fact be an improvement over Broadcom`s approach. You can bet they have spent many R&D dollars to accomplish that. Why play that card until, and unless, the ITC goes Draconian?To do so now would only serve to anger, and bait, the ITC. After all, this is simply part of the licensing waltz with Broadcom.
