It was actually yanks "complaining" about the spicy food. I wish I knew what they had ordered. The crazy pork chops I had were spicy but in my opinion great ( a student diet of beer and indian meals). Complain, is a strong word, I think they just wern't expecting it to be spicy (canjun I know).

On the other issue, we (the British), were never driven out of India, we left of our own accord very happily, just as we did in a certain other country a long time ago :-).
