I remember seeing Rush on "Nightline" once and he seemed scared to death of Koppel.

I used to listen to his program once in a while and I noticed how the people they allowed on the line to disagree with him were not exactly Rhodes Scholars. When someone actually bright got through that wanted to debate him he would say, "You're not talking about the things that you told us you wanted to talk about." "We'll have to let you go."

When they busted him on the drug charge he said he was JUST an entertainer, nothing more. He was right.
