I do not understand your model in the post I'm responding to. I guess you know, they do not come out formatted to well in SI. James Connolly, has an interesting point regarding Cymer work schedule ( 5-6-7 days ) and are all bays flat out.

One other question, do they work 24 hour shifts at Cymer and is 24 hrs. what you used in your model ? If you don't know, can anyone help with an answer ? If we can answer these questions, perhaps Mr. H.J. Schellenberg would like to cover his short.
