99 -- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO BIOVERIS CORPORATION FOR
M-SERIES, M1M SYSTEM ANALYZER AND REAGENT START UP KIT. (SNOTE) SOL
USA-SNOTE-070321-003 NAICS: 334515 The U.S. Army Contracting Agency,
Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to
negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with BioVeris
Corporation, 16020 Industrial Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. The
contractor shall pro vide M-Series, M1M System Analyzer and reagent
start up kit. The assays produced by the DoD Critical Reagents Program
are unique to this instrument, and require its use for the assessment
of these materials. The North American Industry Classification Syste
m (NAICS) for this requirement is 334515 and the size standard is 750.
