I'm starting to like the idea of QCOM losing this skirmish with BRCM with the ban of importation of phones. Assuming there is a workaround (and maybe that is a big assumption) or the feature can just be left out with overall function of the phone in the home network negligibly impaired, this would set a slam dunk precedent with QCOM's battle with NOK. Many small battles are lost in an overall victorious campaign.
