Curly "fixed" the aligment problem, although I was
using the fixed font and it still wasn't behaving, anyway.

It was just to illustrate the product revenue as a % of total revenue.
It's been going up since Cymer's been shipping DUV, perhaps it has
peaked or flattened out.
As for hourly data I couldn't find any. Production is based on
that 16 day final test cyle and I took it from there.
