I think this conference has knocked some of wind out of the sails of all the Protease companies...VRTX is down about 10% since it began..and was down todat too, despite being put on Soloman Brothers buy list... I think there is a realisation from this conference that PI's may not be the silver bullet..this has caused some investors to leave..with the resulting air pocket...however, the sales numbers from this paradyne shift will not change very much in the short term I'm more of bottom line type..and think that the stock will perk up after sales numbers and quarterly results are in the forefront.. Any thoughts on this Bill? Barry
