Would you be happy if there were a Palestinian who stood up and said "I support the rights of both people, Palestinians & Israelis, to live in the holy land as equal citizens, but I will not blow anything up to achieve that." Is that your idea of appropriate Palestinian resistance to Israel? It got them nothing from 1973 to 1994. Probably because that isn't what happened from 1973 to 1994. It looks to me like you missed Elroy's point. Being nice to the Israelis isn't going to get the Palestinians statehood.
