Too bad... The people selling the condo that my friend looked at fought having anyone go up in the attic. Another friend of hers went up a few weeks before we did, but they had prior notice and no mold spores were found. The visit we made was spontaneous and it was a real mess. We figure they must have gone up with a broom and them washed it with something the first time, which probably encouraged more growth. They didn't care........all they wanted to do was sell the property.
