It's both. What, you have never seen a congressional investigation before?

To an extent I might be seen as asking them why they are so upset, although I'm not sure that most of them are, it may be more a deliberate tactic than something that inspires serious emotion on their part.

There is an appearance that the Bush Admin is using politics to influence criminal investigations. So Congress looks into it. If they are wrong, they have egg on their face.

You sure seem upset by business as usual. Were you this vocal on the Kenneth Starr thing? Nothing came of that, and it sure was more extensive (and expensive). The Congress investigated the crap out of Clinton... might say hounded him. This is just a few interviews.

Frankly, from a political or policy perspective, they should be concentrating on the repeal of Habeas Corpus or the Iraq war. This is a side show... probably.
