I heard 'poor performance' mentioned and I don't know what that means in this context; but, if the reason given was misapplied, there ought to be a counter suit for wrongful termination, and it ought to be an easy case. If not, there is not much more to do than whine about it, or change the system.

Any half competent HR department knows that firing for cause requires careful documentation. The Justice Department should simply provide the documentation and skewer the Dems with it.
