Liar. Fitzgerald got nine separate credible witnesses under oath all claiming Libby knew about Plame long before his alleged talk with Russert. And Russert declared under path that he didn't know who Plame was and never discussed her with Libby.

This is obvious flat-out lying, and remember that everything Libby was doing he was doing on orders from Cheney. Those two cannot be separated. Libby was Cheney's right hand.

Also under oath, Plame was called covert and top-secret, which Fitzgerald also stressed in his statements. The CIA never would have even demanded the prosecutor if Plame were not only covert but extremely important on Iranian WMD.
