And Cheney lied again when he said:

"He's had years to get good at it and we know he has been absolutely devoted to trying to acquire nuclear weapons. And we believe he has, in fact, reconstituted nuclear weapons,"

The words, in fact, make this lie a real whopper.

But with all that, there never was one single bit of evidence discovered that pointed to an Iraqi nuclear weapon, or for that matter a weapons program.

If Saddam was "absolutely devoted" we'll have to wonder how Cheney ever deduced this information.
