Please help me with these questions:

If standards body procedures cause upheld non invalidated patents to lose royalty rewards, what good are they?

This could be very relevant to Nok-GSM/EDGE, right?

Is this in any way relevant to WCDMA? (I have to assume there is no ambush potential in this case)
