Ross, Thank you for you response. I'm sorry. I mis-read your discussion with Carl on the traders thread concerning the puts. I think you're right about needing to trade the stock short term. I think we'll have a small run up prior to announcement to the 36'ish range. I hope ASND is near the bottom of an EW5 down. I haven't studied much on Elliot Waves and don't yet subscribe to their validity. There seems to be something to it, but I know that events happen that sometimes change prior counts, and that part of it seems like curve-fitting to me. Chris
