I guess areas in Ohio are really bad. Some suburbs of Cleveland are maintaining the foreclosed houses to fight blight, and the subsequent lowering of other property values. Lot of old folks got caught in the subprime refinancing trap and now have their new payments coming along. People losing their houses.
