COY it's definitely marginable with E-TRADE and a couple of other brokers that I know,I assumed that you have already consulted with DATEK, which I also hold an account,I have all my MPRS with E-TRADE
but will check with DATEK. Just a name change,shouldn't affect the margin ability of the stock...
